Preventative Dentistry
Preventative dentistry helps you maintain clean, strong teeth and an overall healthy mouth. This practice aims to minimize the need for future dental treatment by helping you avoid cavities, enamel wear, tooth trauma, gum disease and more. We encourage all of our patients to schedule routine dental cleanings for good oral and systemic health. We will also advise you on the best at-home, daily practices for decreasing your risk of tooth decay, tooth damage and other dental diseases.
Routine Restorative Care
Taylor Dental Clinic provides routine restorative dental care to help you keep the teeth that you have and, where needed, to replace the teeth that are missing. With fillings, veneers and various types of crowns, we can restore the natural look and function of your damaged tooth. With bridges and partial dentures, with or without the use of dental implants, we can fill the spaces that compromise your smile and ability to function. If your tooth structure is damaged, if you are experiencing a toothache, or if you are missing teeth, our restorative dentistry treatments can help.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Our practice is equipped to perform a number of cosmetic dentistry procedures to improve the overall appearance of your smile. We can help you achieve a whiter and brighter smile through services such as minor tooth movement, bleaching, veneers, crowns and more.
Minor tooth movement involves the simple movement of teeth using clear aligners. It is an affordable option that closes gaps or spaces and can reposition teeth enough to make a dramatic difference in your smile.
Teeth whitening, or bleaching, helps to remove stains and discoloration to give you the smile you’ve always wanted. There are numerous tooth whitening treatments and products to choose from, all of which have varying timetables for results. Meet with our knowledgeable staff today to determine the best teeth-whitening treatment for your needs and budget.
Dental veneers are very thin layers of tooth-colored material placed on the surface of teeth to improve aesthetics and protect them from damage. A veneer is bonded to your tooth and can be used to improve its color, size, shape and strength. Veneers are designed specifically for each patient and recreate the natural look of teeth.
Dental crowns replace the exterior portion of a tooth, restoring its natural strength and appearance. Made from a variety of materials, they fully or partially replace the visible enamel of your tooth by bonding to the remaining tooth structure. You can find more information below about our single-visit dental crowns (Cerec).

Single-Visit Crowns (Cerec)
Taylor Dental Clinic is proud to offer single-visit crowns through the use of Cerec. Thanks to Cerec, we have the digital technology to provide our patients with single-visit dental restorations. If a crown is necessary for fixing your damaged tooth, it will only take one appointment to create a custom crown and restore your tooth’s normal shape and size. Crowns also improve your ability to chew and bite and provide much needed strength and protection. For more information about single-visit crowns, give us a call today.
Teeth-in-a-Day / All-On-Four Implants
Our practice offers the Teeth-in-a-Day, All-On-Four implant option for replacing teeth in the upper or lower arch. In other words, if you have a failing dentition, in a single visit your remaining teeth can be removed, four implants can be placed and a dental prosthesis (previously made) can be attached to the implants. This dental prostheses replaces the teeth in the arch and is not removable like a denture. The All-on-Four technique is reliable and much more affordable than other options that often require extensive bone grafting, the use of more implants and waiting months before teeth can be attached to the implants.
Root Canals
A root canal is necessary when a large cavity or trauma has severely damaged the pulp of the tooth, often causing a toothache and/or infection. During the treatment, the damaged pulp is removed and the interior of the tooth is thoroughly cleaned and filled. Afterwards, the tooth is restored with a crown or other form of protection. If you have a tooth that is hurting or infected, give us a call to find out if you require a root canal to save it.
Tooth Removal
At Taylor Dental Clinic, our first priority is to help restore your natural tooth with a filling, crown or other treatment. However, if your tooth is damaged beyond repair and detrimental to your overall health, it may need to be removed. If you have a tooth that needs to be removed, we will let you know what to expect during the procedure and make every effort to help you feel at ease during it.
Advanced Prosthodontics
We offer advanced prosthodontic services for patients requiring the restoration of severely worn, damaged, and/or missing teeth that severely compromise the ability to function or smile with comfort and confidence. Our advanced prosthodontic services include the use of crowns, bridges and partial or complete dentures to restore the natural smile and function of the teeth. In addition, we offer fixed dental prostheses that may replace all of the teeth in the arch.
A dental bridge is used to replace one or more missing teeth and is anchored by a crown on either side of the gap. It is not removable. It may be made from a variety of metal and/or ceramic materials. It may be attached to natural teeth or dental implants.
Dentures are removable dental appliances that replace missing teeth and surrounding soft tissues using acrylic-resin materials. They are custom made to fit your mouth. Dental implants are sometimes used to help provide the support and retention necessary for dentures to function properly over long periods of time.
Fixed dental prostheses are not removable. They may be used to replace all of the teeth in the arch. These require the use of at least four dental implants and are made of a variety of materials including titanium, zirconia, ceramics and acrylic resin materials.
